Cost of Living Increase 2010
Letters advising the April 2010 increase were distributed to all eligible members in early March. Please note: The postal address on the bottom of the Cost of Living letter was incorrectly printed as PO Box 3164.
The correct address is PO Box 3614.
|
2010 Certificate of Identity And Survival
Identity and Survival certificates were sent to members residing outside of New Zealand with the Cost of Living Increase 2010 letters posted in early March.
Members are requested to check their details on the certificate, sign the certificate then post the original of the signed certificate to GSF by 16 April 2010. It is important that the signed certificate is returned to GSF by this date to avoid interruption to payment of entitlements.
If you live outside of New Zealand and have not received your 2010 Certificate of Identity and Survival certificate, please contact the Datacom GSF Schemes Administration team (see contact details below).

| Payment to Overseas Bank Account.
If a member intends to reside overseas permanently the allowance can be paid to an overseas bank account. Datacom GSF Schemes Administration should be notified of any change of address as a certificate requiring confirmation of the member's whereabouts is sent annually. Failure to return the certificate could result in suspension of the allowance. Note: A fee of $5.00 for each four weekly payment processed is charged when the annuity is paid into an Australian bank account and $15.00 when paid to any other country.
